With Saména, your files stay in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox, and we don't keep a copy. What your agents learn from them is encrypted with a key that belongs to your company alone. Our servers are in France and our database is in the European Union.

The models that read your documents come from Mistral AI, a French company. From hosting to models, your data stays in Europe.
Do you keep a copy of our files?
No. Your files stay in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox, where your teams already keep them. Nothing has to be moved.
Saména reads each document and keeps what it learned from it: your clients, your projects, your methods, your teams. The file itself is not stored on our side.
When an agent answers a question or drafts a document, it cites the files the answer came from, so you can always check.
Who can read our documents?
What Saména keeps from your documents is encrypted with a key specific to your company. That key is yours alone and can't open any other company's data.
A master key protects those company keys. It is stored separately, outside the database, so a copy of the database on its own is unreadable.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your agents run on Mistral AI models, and our contract with Mistral prohibits training anything on your data.
When an employee pastes a sales proposal into a consumer chatbot from a personal account, the company has no idea where that document ends up. With Saména there's a contract, and you know where your data goes.
Can we run Saména on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Every company has its own tools and IT requirements, and we set Saména up where you need it:
