Which folders does it read?

The ones you choose, and no others. You can start with the folders of a single department, then expand whenever you want.

Saména has read-only access. It doesn't change, move or delete any of your files.

Do we have to move or sort our files?

No. Your files stay in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox, organized the way your teams organize them today. They are read as they are, so there's nothing to prepare.

Saména reads each document and keeps what it learned from it. It links each document to the others by client, project, method and team, in your own vocabulary. The file itself is not copied to our side.

When a new document lands in a chosen folder, it joins your company's memory.

Who sees what?

You set the scope. A folder you haven't chosen is not read.

What Saména keeps from your documents is encrypted with a key that belongs to your company. That key can't open any other company's data.

Our servers are in France. The models that read your documents are European, and their contract prohibits them from using your data for training.

What's the difference with a general assistant connected to the same files?

A general assistant searches your files at the moment you ask a question. It answers from the passages it finds.

Saména has already read your documents and linked them together. It knows which document is about which client, project and method, and which team worked on it.

Our engineers build each agent for a task in your company, such as drafting a proposal or answering a client. If your teams use Copilot, your agents can work there too.

Where do the agents work afterwards?

In the Saména app. Your teams can also use them from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.

They know your clients and projects before they answer. Each answer cites the document it came from, so you can always check. They also draft your Word and PowerPoint documents.
