Can I find a past engagement just by asking?

Yes. Saména reads the documents your firm has already produced: deliverables, sales proposals, meeting notes. It builds one record per engagement.

Each record gives the client, sector, year, method, team and results. You then ask your questions the way you would ask a colleague who had read everything:

• Who worked on a reorganization in manufacturing?
• What references do we have in the public sector?
• What did we propose to this client last time?

Can I reuse my references in a proposal?

A strong proposal rests on comparable engagements. You still have to find them, sometimes in another team's folders.

Saména looks for engagements close to the topic, then drafts the proposal from those references. You get it in Word or PowerPoint, with each reference pointing back to its document.

You read it and rework it before sending, as you would any first draft.

Can I answer a tender with my past engagements?

You upload the tender documents. Saména reads them and prepares the response from your past engagements.

For each reference it cites, you see which engagement it comes from and which document to check. Substance, pricing and commitments stay with your team.

What happens to our clients' data?

Your files stay in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox. Saména keeps no copy of them.

What it retains about your engagements is encrypted with a key unique to your firm, which opens nothing else. Servers are in France, and the database is in the European Union.

The models that read your documents are European (Mistral). Their contract forbids them from training on your data.

Where does a firm start?

With a demo on your own documents. You see what Saména gets out of them before you commit to anything.

Our engineers, Télécom Paris graduates, then learn how your firm works: your offerings, your sectors, the way you put a proposal together. They build your first agents and adjust them with you.

Your consultants use them in the Saména app, and also from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. There is a one-time setup fee, then a monthly subscription for the whole firm, with unlimited users.
