What does a general-purpose assistant know about your company?

What changes with an agent built on your documents?

Saména reads your documents where they already live, in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox. It connects them and organizes them by client, project, method and team. You don't have to sort anything.

Our engineers build your agents on top of that memory. Each one handles a task in your business, like drafting a proposal or answering a client.

The agent answers in your own vocabulary and cites the documents behind every piece of information. You know what it relies on, and you can check.

Do you have to choose between the two?

No. Your agents work in the Saména app. They're also available from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.

If your teams already use one of these assistants, they keep it. Now it knows your clients and projects before it answers.

You can also start small: one department, one first agent, then expand whenever you want.

What about confidentiality?

When an employee pastes a document into an assistant from a personal account, the company can't see where it goes. With Saména, your files stay in SharePoint, OneDrive or Dropbox, and no copy is kept.

What Saména keeps from your documents is encrypted with a key unique to your company. The master key is stored outside the database.

Servers are in France and the database is in the European Union. The models that read your documents come from Mistral AI, a French company, and our contract forbids training on your data.

Which tasks show the difference?

Any task where the right answer depends on your track record. For example:

• Drafting a sales proposal from past projects for similar clients.
• Finding who worked on a project, and which method they used.
• Preparing meeting notes or a presentation, delivered in Word or PowerPoint.
• Answering a client based on what you've already delivered to them.

And for everything else?
