Your documents stay with you. Saména reads them and holds on to what it learned, never a copy of the files. What it holds is encrypted with a key that belongs to your company and opens nothing else. The models that read your data are European, and their contract forbids them to train on it.

Your data is encrypted with a key that belongs to your company alone, itself protected by a master key kept outside any database. A breach at one client never exposes the others.
No file kept
Your documents stay where they are, in your SharePoint or your OneDrive. Saména reads them long enough to understand them, then deletes the file. Only the extracted knowledge is kept, encrypted.
